Chicago, IL – August, 2006 — iArchives, leaders in document digitization, and Rosen Technology Resources, a leading litigation support consulting company, are pleased to announce joint integration between Rosen Technology Resources’ ALCoder™ software and iArchives OWR™. Users of iArchives OWR™ data and ALCoder™ Software will now be able to automatically code and identify all possible word variations within a document collection. In addition, ALCoder™ will process the OWR™ data with no click fees!

ALCoder™ was developed to allow users the ability to auto-code their sensitive case documents in their own offices. Not only is ALCoder™ a cost-effective way to code, the one-click auto-code feature is easy-to-use and lowers the need for manual coding. With OWR™ data, not only can users uncover any related document via a key word search, they can easily refer back to a file for which they have an existing file name or Bates number. The integration between iArchives OWR™ data and ALCoder™ will provide legal professionals the edge by easily identifying all word variations within a document collection; the result being a load file acceptable by any litigation support database.

OWR™, iArchives patented word recognition technology, maximizes the results of multiple OCR engines. These results are processed against customizable dictionaries containing over 4 million names, locations, chemicals, and descriptions. Innovative and unique image enhancement technologies increase the OCR engines ability to accurately capture words (these same techniques are used by universities and government entities for priceless historical documents.) The combination of OWR’s™ accuracy and ALCoder’s™ speed provides a cost-effective solution to your litigation needs.
